HOTEL RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS

Hospitality has always been considered as a major value by Italian tradition. For this reason, the Organizing Committee of the 6th International Congress of Cognitive Psychotherapy has selected the hotels that can be found in our site.

The hotels have been personally visited and carefully chosen in order to guarantee a good/high level, but we would like to share some reflections with all of you.

Rome, like a few other Italian cities, cannot be compared to the international standards both for the hotels fares, which are usually more expensive, and for the category, whose quality is not usually as high as you can expect for the fare. Rooms are usually very small that is why we have personally selected them.

As far as Italian public transport are concerned, we would like to inform you that their quality is not excellent. For this reason we have selected the hotels close to the Congress seat.

Since June is one of Rome’s busiest tourist months it is suggested that hotel accommodations be made as soon as possible. You should choose your hotel in order of preference. Reservations are processed on a first-in, first-out basis.

Arrangements for special convention rates have been contracted with several hotels located nearby the Congress venue.

In the event accommodations you choose are not available, Fedra Congressi will assign you the next available hotel that best meets your needs. You will receive a hotel confirmation directly from Fedra Congressi.

ROOM DEPOSIT

Hotels require a deposit (first night) per room to hold your reservation. Checks may be made payable to Fedra Congressi (in € funds) or complete the credit card information section of the reservation form. Your credit card must be valid through June 30, 2008 and will be used as a guarantee for your hotel reservation. 

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellation before May 1st, the deposit will be refunded minus 15 € for processing fee. For cancellation after this date, no refund.
